Valery P. Gurin was born on the 14^th of November,1955.

In 1974 he graduated from Rostov construction college and in 1982 got diploma of Rostov Institute of Civil Engineering, as a civil engineer.

Up to 1980 he worked in various construction organizations of Rostov-on-Don.

Since 1980 to 1988 Gurin V.P. worked in Komsomol and party organs.

1988-2000 he worked in executive positions in construction and power economy spheres.

In 1999 defended Ph.D. thesis and got Ph.D. in Economics.

Since 2000 Gurin V.P. works at the position of General Director of Rostovgiproshaht.

In 2008 was nominated to a post of vice-president of the State corporation Olympstroi.

Under his management and with his active participation was elaborated and realized a recession-proof program for the institute.

The complex of measures realized in the shortest possible time enabled the institute to become a stable designing organizations and to earn great reputation in design services market.

Gurin V.P. actively participates in social work, being a co-chairman of Mining Council of the Southern Federal District and a vice-president of non-commercial enterprise "Mine-manufacturers of Russia", he wrote several brochures and articles devoted to the development of the construction industry in specialized magazines and newspapers.

Gurin V.P. has been rewarded with the Order of Honor pin, the order "Miner of Russia", the order "Miner's glory" of the 2^nd and 3^rd grade. As well he has been given gratitude letters from the RF President's plenipotentiary in the SFD and the head of Rostov Region Administration, as well rewarded with the medal "Professional of Russia"

Gurin V.P. was born on the 17^th of May.

In 1986 he graduated from Rostov Institute of Civil Engineering as the engineer-constructor.

1983 - 2003 worked in the sphere of management in Rostov State Pedagogic Institute and Rostov branch of Russian Custom Academy.

Since 2003 works as the First Deputy Director in "Rostovgiproshaht".

His great experience in management has allowed him to enter the administration of the company.

The competence of Gurin A.P. includes the questions of project production, works execution control, co-ordination and expertise of the specific documentation, and also the economics of project production.

He established the relations with the customers, co-ordinating, controlling and approving organizations in a relatively short period of time.

Gurin V.V. was born on the 6^th of February, 1981.

In 1999 he graduated from Rostov financial college as an insurance specialist.

In 2002 he graduated from Rostov State Economic University as finances and credit specialist.

In 2003 Gurin V.V. attended a retraining course on valuation activity.

In 2005 he got a diploma of MBA in Academy of National economy affiliated to the Government of the RF.

In 2009 he has graduated the President's program on management training.

2000-2003 he worked as a financial specialist in OOO Rostovgiproshaht.

In 2003 Gurin V.V. was nominate to a post of Deputy Director of Rostovgiproshaht.

In 2006 he was nominate to a post of the First Deputy Director of the company.

Since 2006 Gurin V.V. is the Chairman of Board of Directors of the group of companies "Rostovgiproshaht".

The competence of Gurin V.V. includes the questions of construction and financial planning, elaboration and realization of the manpower policy program, administration of management quality system ISO 9001-2000. As well, Gurin V.V. coordinates international communication of the company, questions of investments attraction and development.
